"Property was beautiful "

"What an amazing property! My friend and I had an incredible stay. We upgraded to Star level and were not regretful. The staff spoiled us the entire week we were there. Henry was our concierge and he made sure everything was perfect for us every day. Such a nice man and always willing to go the extra mile. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We left our vacation feeling pampered and refreshed and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Ask for Henry when you do. You’ll love him too! "

"Our room was clean and comfortable, being right by the pool and reception was convenient and quiet. The restaurant was outstanding and had plant-based options. The staff were kind and so professional. "

"The check in process was easy. Infact when we checked in the A//C was malfunctioning in one of the rooms. We were swiftly moved into another room. Gated parking with security was excellent. The whole hotel is very secure. We appreciate that. The pool is very nice, clean well maintained. The little restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food and affordable. Nice service as well. The rooms and condos in general were very clean and well maintained. Each bathroom was updated very nicely. The kitchen/dinning area and bedrooms are dated. Clean functional in my opinion could use an upgrade. But for the price its a fair trade off. The kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook any meal. The walk to the beach is easy. Very nice beach i may add. As well next to the restaurant is a little super market which is very convenient for the majority of your needs. I did not rate as a 5 believing there is always room for improvement. Overall we had a very nice stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable."

"We had a party of 8 staying for 10 days. The property is beautiful. We were visited by howler monkeys several times. We loved the artwork and furnishings throughout the house and always felt secure. We enjoyed a number of the local beaches (Panama was our favorite). We packed in many adventures including Diamante adventure park, a river cruise, waterfall and volcano hikes, snorkeling and boating tour to name a few. And the food was delicious no matter where we ate. In the evenings, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only issue with the property was that the pool had not been cleaned when we first checked in and the hot tub was not working. Both of those were addressed by the following day by Zindis. The hot tub stopped working a second time midweek, but was again handled by Zindis the next day. Overall a great trip and we will surely miss the incredible view!"
