"We were there for 2 weeks beginning mid January 2025. Weather was hot and sunny every day. Gorgeous beach. Good live music. Only negative was the canned music, not enough Costa Rican music, way too much country music."

"Beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant but was only there for one night. Was too far away without a car and no taxis in town. Patio door wouldn't lock and 2 racoons got into the room that night. Paid $30 ea. for the dinner buffet and it was good, but would be boring night after night."

"Our group of 18 had an excellent stay the week that encompassed New Year's. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Lani and Matt are responsive and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Would highly recommend for a large group that is looking to have the whole place, like we did. "The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated).
