"It's my third time on this property on 2024, I guess you can imagine how much I like this place. They make you feel like family and taking into consideration it's not a huge property you end knowing everybody. The food is good and this time I noticed great improvements in this topic related to presentation and quality of food. The animation team is absolutely the best thing of this Hotel. They are funny, creative and always go the extra mile to keep you entertained. Property gives you a great vibe and the beach is pretty but definitely summer is the best time to enjoy it. I'll keep going back to my home away from home. Special thanks to Leo, Luis Enrique (bar), Ariel, Wagner (sports), Mar, Shelly, Iamdra and Sofia. See u soon!"

"We felt so lucky to find Virginie’s Las Terrenas home! We were looking for a place on Playa Bonita to enjoy the beach while visiting family in the area and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Everything was as described in the listing and Virginie was easy to get in touch with. The outdoor space is lovely, quiet, and spacious with a good size pool. The bedrooms likewise were comfortable — we were pretty thankful for the AC in each bedroom! Check in and out was seamless. The area is very safe and secure. Best of all, Playa Bonita is literally right there! We spent a lot of our time at the Beluga beach bar next door (great food, drinks, and service!), but there’s plenty of options up and down the beach. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we are in the area!"

"Our stay at this beautiful VRBO was awesome! The pictures online did not do it justice – there were 12 of us in total, and we never once felt that it was crowded. We utilized the bungalows beside the pool and also utilized the rooms within the main house. There were lots of activities that we participated in such as bocce tournaments, billiards, lots of card, games, relaxing, poolside, and morning coffees in the open air Living Room. The staff, which included Jesus, Carri, Rowland, Marta, and Ephraim – we’re pleasant and always had a smile on their face. Jesus and Carrie insured that we had a full breakfast each morning and then the evenings, the meals were delicious and satisfying. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this VRBO for a large group gathering, it is conveniently located on the oceanfront and close to restaurants and bars in the event you want to go out one night. The waves in front of the home were huge and we spent, many hours watching the waves rolling. There is also a surf school next-door, and six of our party participated in learning how to surf and found it quite enjoyable. The only item I would bring forward is, it would be great if there were some umbrellas around the pool to help shade the area in the afternoon, but we just moved the loungers in front of the bungalows, and were able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air and sun. Once again would highly recommend this VRBO."

"The villa was beautiful. Our kids ages 4-8 really enjoyed the pool and the beach was a short walk. A little further down is a protected cove with shallow water and minimal waves (~8 min walk) which they loved. We had Wandel the private chef cook 3 dinners. He did all the shopping and clean up. He worked with us and also made sides that our picky children would eat. We had so much leftovers for lunch the next day! He was lovely and I highly recommend his service. Host was very responsive to all and any issues that came up. Only minor issue was my laundry was hung by the maid to dry on a day forecasted to rain but I was able to use the dryer without issue after I contacted the host. It was just an extra step I didn’t expect. Overall wonderful experience and we loved our stay."
