"Property was clean and beautiful. Staff was very nice. Ebikes did not work for the entire week we were there. Lighting in the bathroom is not very good. Food at the buffet was good to excellent most of the time. It was a challenge to make a reservation in one of the al-la-carte restaurants so we didn't visit any of them. I had read that English is widely spoken. This was not true. Best to know spanish if you want to converse with the staff. Area surrounding the resort is poor and dirty but there is no need to leave the resort. We didn't do any excursions but others who did liked them."

"We had a wonderful experience at Casa Cosón! We highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. Service was in general excellent, even though the breakfast service could have been more quick to notice new guests waiting to be sere and quicker in general. Our room was super comfy, clean and cozy. We felt right at home. The only thing I would mention is that the shower handle was broken, but I’m sure they will get that fixed soon enough :) The beach is right there and the food served at Casa Cosón was super tasty! We highly recommend anyone to stay here :)"

"This place is paradise. The hotel is perfect, recently renovated. The staff is beyond amazing with a perfect smile on their faces all the time. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Their Dominican breakfast is really delicious. The beach, I have no words. Service at the restaurant by Arelys and Horton was top. The receptionists are also super helpful. Security to enter the property makes you feel really safe. I’m definetely coming back. "

"In general, Casa Coco was a beautifully designed space with spacious rooms that accommodated our family. There were a few issues that I would like to address. In the master bedroom’s bathroom,there was no toilet paper holder and the toilet room always had a very intense ,unpleasant odor. In the kitchen, the stove surfaces were very grungy, and we had a lot of difficulty turning on the oven. Lastly, the Jacuzzi never worked properly. Francini, our house manager, try to turn it on the day that we arrived, but was unsuccessful. She sent two technicians two days later, that did nothing to resolve the problem. This problem, I feel, can be resolved, so please address them. Sincerely, Maximo."

"Great house with a magnificent view!"

"My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lissette's condo. The condo itself was clean,quiet with very comfortable beds and a nice small groundfloor patio overlooking a serene greenspace populated by scattered palm trees. The grounds of the hotel/resort in which the condo resides was modern, clean and sat on what was one of the loveliest beaches in the area and for us, one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen anywhere in the world. The area in front of the resort was lined with palm trees, as was the entire coast line we visited up and down. There were always seating options in front of the pool and the beach with many loungers and umbrellas available. (And one had the option of sitting in the shade under the palms if no umbrella was free.) Their was table service on the beach and while we ate no dinner at the resort restaurant we enjoyed an excellent breakfast there and their bar served up great frozen Margaritas ocean side. The water in the ocean was very warm and clear, and one could walk for a couple of hundred metre's out before it got deep. We rented a car through the hotel which was delivered and picked up for us at the hotel which worked out well. Valerio was a great restaurant 20 mins walking on the beach west and there were others on Playa Bonita further east along the beach, but we chose to drive the car for the latter as it was more convenient. We appreciated Santa our housekeeper and we certainly hope to book another stay here in the future."
