"This is the cutest little place to stay and it is so close to many great restarants, shops, Champlain lake, walking trails etc. I rated one area a 3 star because the VBRO unit is on the first floor and there are full time attendants in the other apartments. The walls are very thin and we could hear the tenants above us at night which made it hard to sleep. The 2nd night however I turned on the sound machine on my iPhone and that took care of the issue. "The apartment is very homey and spacious which was great for us! I just want to point out that it needed a bit of cleaning as there was webbing in certain corners and the bathtub had a ring around it. We didnt put much importance since we spent most of the day out. Overall we had a good experience and definitely do recommend staying here!"

"Our hostess promised a luxurious stay and she certainly delivered one! The apartment is very tasteful, and the sheets, blankets, towels and many pillows were all incredibly soft and luxurious. The location is two blocks from the downtown. We used white noise because of a few passing cheerful students on Fri / Sat nights, But otherwise it was a peaceful spot. Would stay there again easily."

"Not sure if this was in the description but you have to go up a small staircase upon entering which could be problem for some. Apartment was very nice and as described."

"We enjoyed our time here. Peaceful setting with beautiful views all around. Fun to look out back and see the goats and chickens! A little more on the rustic side, but we expected that. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and supplies were provided. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Great base for exploring Lake Champlain Islands. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly when we contacted them. If you’re looking for a country retreat experience, this is it!"

"Came into Burlington to see Toad The Wet Sprocket and do some mountain biking. Decided to stay in Winooski because the price was right. Pleasantly surprised at how great it was. Clean little place very close to lots of pubs and restaurants. Would totally come back. Thanks. "
