"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. "Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel and relax for few days "

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
