"I love the Aloft Plano and always stay at this location because it is so clean and perfectly maintained every time I visit. However, this visit not so much. The room itself was dirty, the sides of the bed railings had dead skin cells from the sheets leaving a film of particles that had accumulated for some time and had been overlooked, the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were completely empty on the first night I desperately needed a nice warm shower, the laundry soap dispenser took all my...
