Indecent comments from several Front Desk Agents. Unsanitary cleaning: one male maid smeared dirty rag on toilet & shower door ! Horrible & very Upsetting, etc. Etc.Please refund me immediately! It has taken me several days to recover & the expens is very deprivational!

The walls were thin. I could hear people arguing outside in the hallway and Doors slamming (door was tight I also had to slam it to shut it). My bathroom was dirty pubic hair was on the toilet. Can hear the tv on next door all night. The good thing was the management was nice. They cleaned the room while I was gone that was nice.

Out theo back door were piles of dog poop. In the room there were bugs. The room key did not work on the back entrance door. I notified the front desk about the key not working twice and nothing was done.

I can’t believe it
Didn’t have really anything to brag about this time staying here. My queen room was a lot smaller than what it normally is. The shower paint was coming off all on the inside and the hot water took forever to get hot the bathroom sink. The water flow was barely coming out. Normally I have a great stay

I am a traveler working 12 hour shifts overnight, and this place does not allow for early check-in so I slept in my car about 1 1/2 - 2 hours while waiting. Then went to work another 12 hour shift after finally getting in room and taking a shower. Definitely not the place if you need flexibility.

property is very old from inside there is lots of noise in the hallways at night, the door of the unit makes a loud sound when you close it. If other units close their door, it wakes peoples up at night, the front desk has no clue about anything; they will not refund you if you leave early due to any emergency situation or anything change.
