"My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. There were lovely zoned off areas for sunbathing or if you wanted shade and there was plenty of outside furniture to enjoy all the spaces, six beautiful loungers was a real treat with beautiful umbrellas if you wanted shade. "We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week"

"The property has the most stunning sea views and everything that a large family would need. The area was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The property is located on a steephill, and so a pram or buggy for any under 5s is advisable. The pool is lovely and has sufficient shade, with a very shallow side, perfect for younger children. We had several bbqs, enjoying the glorious sea views and views of Altea old town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this villa again."
