"This property was very impressive - a beautiful view from every angle. Would recommend to anyone. A couple of small issues - with the hair dryer - the heating element was burnt out. Yes, a washing machine is available but there was no laundry detergent provided. I left a small bag for future residents. "

"Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Albir Palace the apartment was large and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The apartment and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again for next year . "

"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved."

"Walls are a little thin and there was a dance party in the park next door but hey it's Benidorm. Can walk to everything, beautiful view, next to park, huge mercado next door, well equipped kitchen, everyone was super kind. Would definitely stay here again."

"Ett fantastiskt fint säkert nybyggt lägenhetshotell, smakfullt inrett i minimalistisk modern stil. Jättefint kök , saknade dock en mindre gryta. Annars var det så fint och tip tio. Badrummet var också superfint med Rituals produkter! Återkommer gärna hit. Pool på 3:e vån med magisk utsikt över stranden etc. Ca 200 m t livsmedelsbutik Spar. Cs 800 m t Tram station. Gångavstånd till allt i mysiga Villajoyosa. "

"Mara boutique apartments is in an excellent position between old town and the strip. Easily walkable to both. The apartment was a 4 bed, sea view and was perfect for our requirements. There was plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. No noise issues at all. Communication was excellent and the apartment was well equiped. Plenty of towels provided for our use. We would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. Hopefully, will will have a stay at mara boutique...

"Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days. The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing."

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gran Bali

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "
