"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. "Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained. The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"The property was a good size and the private pool being the main feature. My 3 Children aged 12-6 enjoyed the space and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet location. The villa had all we needed so on occasions we just stayed in and had a meal rather than go into town. We stayed for 2 weeks. Raul was very good with communication and his Dad was a gentleman when coming to the villa to change the bed linen or clean the pool. Overall great experience."

Offering help with the ordering of our food supplies and even accepting the delivery; she really went above and beyond. "The pool is great. Kitchen had lots of equipment. Beds comfortable. Village location is great. We were lucky to be there over the village Fiesta weekend. The Manager responded very quickly to WhatsApp messages sent when there were a couple of issues. Plenty of shaded areas to escape the sun and outdoor eating areas, particularly the patio off the lounge behind the garage. "Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes... "
