"Amazing host and very communicative. We wanted something small and close to Le Marais. The smaller seperate one bedroom/bathroom was great for our 2 adults but i would not recommend this for small children under 13. Very clean and kitchen well stocked. Would definately recommend for small family. Entry ways and stairs were small so if anyone with mobility issues so consider these before booking. "

"My wife and I stayed here with our 11 year old daughter for a four night trip and we could have been happier. The check-in process was seamless as we were met with a warm welcome from staff that walked us through the studio and also gave as an overview of the area and how to get around. "My wife, two daughters and I had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and modern, also very cozy. We don't mind a smaller space so this fit our needs well. The loft bed is comfy and private. The sofa was comfortable per our daughters. We loved the location. Make sure to message the host before your arrival to retrieve the key. It's located in a lock box a few blocks away on the exterior of the building. The host got back with any questions promptly. Overall, A for us. "

"Overall our stay was great. The 2nd to last day one of the lower units must have lacquered their floor and the smell was horrible! We all had headaches, and coughing and could barely stand to be in the room. Not much that could have been done on the owners part, just an unfortunate experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, we lucked out because we decided to go to Moulin Rouge last min and realized we were a 3 min walk. Metro is 5 mins away. Comfortable bed, good hot shower, though the room was a little dated, could be upgraded. They had luggage storage since we arrived quite early in the day. Overall good spot, very helpful staff"
