"Someone came into our room and installed a lamp shade when we were not there 💀 who knows what else... We had the do not disturb hanging when we went out. And dont appreciate someone coming in, especially when we are not there and all our stuff is in the room. No elevator in the property, but thats expected in these buildings. Everything else was fine."

"The room was okay, sufficient, but there was no service, not that I really needed it for my short visit. Office wasn't always open but the staff were very helpful when I needed them. Breakfast was served a few doors down the street and was very nice. I had a very bad experience with Turkish Airlines and the hotel staff offered to host me if I needed a place to go."

"I had a very pleasant stay which the staff Mazlum, Yusuf and Berkay helped me a lot. Any issues I had they were quick to fix them, booking taxis, technical issues, orders etc. the hotel is in a quiet location with 5 minute access to places like Vadi Istanbul shopping mall. The apartment rooms are very stylish and spacious with everything you need, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if it will be for a long time "
