"The family was very nice that owns this unit... but so, misrepresented... there is NO privacy... no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink... and the shower, turned only the hot water on, and it was never even warm. The front or back area lights did not work. It was down a very rough road to get to it. The family had 2 dogs and 2 kids ... the neighbors played loud music untill midnight on Friday night... again, the family was very nice but i would never rent there again, or refer anyone to...

"Great home that is a short car ride from La Fortuna. Main area is not air conditioned but the rooms have mini splits that make the entire space comfortable. If the main kitchen doesn't have what you are looking for the outdoor kitchen will. Unfortunately, the oven was not working when we were there."

"Ranch Villa is paradise!!The photos do not do it justice!The excellent staff are friendly and very accommodating.Joaquin took some of us on a farm and property tour. It was very fun. His horticulture knowledge is outstanding. We had Yadira and her co worker prepare 2 meals for us. The food is amazing. We are all sad to leave this beautiful place.There were 11 of us staying and all had more than enough space. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub as much as we could."
