"This place is an underappreciated gem. It lies on the banks of the Rio San Carlos with 24 individual cabins. The rooms are very spacious and nicely appointed. While the pictures show the cabins overlooking the river only around four or five of them actually do that. I spent three nights here in August, 2018. "The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home."
