"Gustavo’s house is just as beautiful (or more) as the pictures and other reviews indicate! Gustavo is just an amazing human and host! He helped ensure all of our needs were met and assisted with other parts of planning our trip. We had meals cooked by Sharme, which was very convenient! "The house was nice and the picture were for the house but as most time, it looked nicer than it was. Overall the house was clean and the bed and everything was good, but everything was starting to get a bit old. The check-in process was easy with Doris, the contact person, already at the home when we arrived from the airport. "First of all, I’ve stayed at various hotels throughout the world. This hotel had the BEST hospitality! The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where they greeted us by name every day! They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
