"We had a really lovely time at the cottage. Very relaxing. Perfect covered porch "in the trees" for bird watching! We weren't there for water activities so the low lake level wasn't a concern for us. House was just right--not too big and not too small-- for the two of us. No yard for children to play in but, again, not a concern for us as we had no children. The driveway was a bit tight but it did work. We would rent this house again....."

"My wife, a couple friends and I travel around participating in Spartan Races. Of all the places we have stayed, this has to be one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. The property is well kept, the view of the river from the back porch is amazing, and communication with the owner was great. If we run this race again next year, we will definitely try and book this property."

"This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding."

"It's fine, but I would not return. The pictures and listing are very misleading. No where in the listing, pictures, or captions, does it mention that you only rent the top floor. The pictures shows a house. It's only after the booking is complete and paid for that I received a text telling me that I only had the top floor. It felt deceptive. The blankets smell like dogs, which they do allow pets. For a cleaning fee over $200, I expect everything to be washed and clean. Disappointed there. The...
