"The staff is very accomidating. The bellhop is prompt. The staff had a problem with speaking english. One gentleman named Marcios spoke well above average. The room was taken care of every day with clean towels and clean sheets. I thought the tv could have been bigger with more channels.No Fox. No American channels except CNN worldwide. In July they had Fox and MTV. Not in my December trip. The walls are kinda thin. I heard the man next door in the bathroom take a shower. The bathroom was fine....
