Behind the toilet was never clean pilled up human hair the floor was poorly mopped. The bedding was smaller then the mattress size. Although The mattress was good and comfortable.

Gostei muito do atendimento, facilidade da localidade, não gostei da limpeza, muita formiga e mosquito no quarto, as instalações parecem está sem reparo a um bom tempo e barulho de água escorrendo o tempo todo na direção do armário do meu quarto, principalmente quando o andar de cima usava o banheiro!!

Instalações antigas, mas adequadas e confortáveis. Poderia haver uma luminária na mesa do quarto para atender àqueles que precisam trabalhar. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e itens sem lactose ou açúcar. A região no entorno, embora não tenha tido nenhum episodio, é muito vazia à noite.

A 2 anos eu nao voltava a este hotel e confesso me decepcionei, aluguei a suite 1005 o quarto e antigo choveu entrou agua pelo forro em cima do sofa da sala, a tv da sala nem ligar ligava e a outra do quarto pessima emqualidade de imagens, controles velhos dificil de lidar, os moveis velhos necessita de reforma, chuveiro ruim, toalhas velhas e secas, parecia que passava lixa no corpo, cafe nossa era tao bom....o paozinho serio era de ontem, sera caro comprar um paozinho fresco.....a pizza friaaaaaa.....o omelete friooo ....atendimento fos funcionarios todos muito educados mas o hotel precisa melhorar p os hospedes.... Uma pena como disse fui cliente de muitos pernoites mas era outra epoca ........espero que melhorem sao coisas que deveriam ser observadas pela gerencia imagino....
