Is the first hotel 5 stars of Curitiba, beautiful and makes part of city culture! Breakfast wonderful… But, like the oldest hotel need to fix the toilet flush, mirrors, and bedding mattresses…! Still a really good hotel in the best part of the heart center of Curitiba! No regrets at all!

Overall...meh
Upon arrival I was instructed to go over 12th floor for a private check in as we were staying in a suite. Even with check in desk downstairs empty, we had to wait as there was only 1 front desk for the Premier area. After the check in process was done, the room was not ready as it was not clear by supervision (check in time after 4PM). The room had a couple of issues which I already addressed with the hotel (leaking water in the fridge tray), problems with the water drainage in the shower that overflowed and spilled to the bathroom. Breakfast is amazing, and the service at their Kibo restaurant is top.

O nosso problema foi com a cadeira de rodas. Desde o primeiro dia, já que estávamos hospedados desde o dia 7/11 solicitamos encher os pneus da cadeira, devido a um acidente e, saímos dia 12 e eles não encheram os pneus. Fora isso, tudo tranquilo. Parabéns ao Lucas da recepção e ao Alex do café.
