"Dai on the front desk was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to help us. Limited parking right outside , we had to park our car round the back in a very scruffy area - we’re worried about the car the whole time The lane the hotel is down is really rough We booked a room with blackout curtains but the room did not have a window!
