"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. "My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again."

"Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and also to gather together in one room. I definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.The house overall was very clean, however for some reason the bathmats in the primary bathroom were overlooked and not clean. They had obvious signs of being previously used and had hair on them. This was just a very minor detail and we put towels down in their place. One larger inconvenience was that...
