"Great, well-maintained modern efficiency unit steps from Winter Park Resort Gondola. The location is fantastic! Well-maintained, nicely furnished, new and well-stocked kitchenette. Strong WiFi. Good-sized bathroom. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Heated, parking garage. I stayed here in September, but for skiing this place would be excellent! Highly recommend "

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. "We loved our stay at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and the view incredible. The only "negative" would be if you are not comfortable driving up the mountain road, especially at night. Just something to be aware of if that is the case. If not, definitely consider booking this beautiful property. "

"Very cute place, no issues with checking in or out. Great space! The back room with the large table was awesome to have! Only problem we ran into was sleeping on the pull out couches was very uncomfortable. We ended up buying an air mattress to use. Also took awhile to get the refund back. Overall would stay again! "

"Short 15 minute drive to campus, but out of the crowds and outrageous prices in Boulder proper. Louisville is a cute little town with coffee, restaurants ,etc all within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "

The location is a short walk away from the historic district with incredible restaurants, so we hardly moved our car. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to Boulder and Denver but also have the opportunity to explore Lafayette! We loved it, and would happily stay here again :)"
