"Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are fair and outdated. Our room had night stands with buckled wood on top. Corridor smelt of mildew which might have came from ice machine which was right behind our room. Very very thin walls we listened to the ice machine all night, heard alarms from our next door neighbor go off at 530am. Was shocked by the smell of the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Horrible smell. Also hand soap smelt bad. However soap in bathrooms in lobby and at pools were a clean...

"This condo is a dream vacation!!! It has all the most modern appliances and is so well stocked. The beds are a dream to fall asleep in. Alan made sure we were comfortable and lacked for nothing. It is spotless!! The location is amazing. The pools and gym are a 2 minute walk--so convenient!! We had question when we first arrived and he answered us immediately. Alan is a gracious host and really cares about making your vacation the best!! We would rate the whole property and Alan a 10+!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this unit, and enjoyed the area. This unit was very cozy, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Hogfish Harry's was located at this resort, and had a fantastic dinner! I highly recommend this restaurant. The host was very communicative and informative. Most of all for us, this unit was in a perfect location for us to visit a friend, she was only 8 minutes away from our unit and we were blessed to be so close to visit her every day."

"We loved the unit and its location on a quad with a nearby pool. It is a very nice unit and owner communication was excellent. Totally out of the host's control was extensive, daily roof and building repairs right across the street and on units surrounding the quad. Heavy lifts, forklifts and crews motoring through at high speeds. This is all on Ole who could have managed the noise much better by not allowing crews to cut through the quad area."
