"We were all very excited couldn’t wait for our trip to Eagles Retreat since the time we booked. It did not disappoint!! It is a beautiful cabin and located in an amazing area with beautiful views of the mountains from the wrap around deck. There were plenty of activities for the kids and adults. What an excellent way to escape the daily grind and just relax!"

"We visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was a lovely experience overall. Upon our arrival we found a clean, welcoming home with flowers and a card which was such a sweet and kind gesture. We greatly enjoyed the house and backyard and truly felt at home while we were there. It was lovely to star gaze in the hot tub at night and loved being able to play music on the speaker system while we relaxed by the pool. "

"Overall excellent. It was quiet, a good time to gather and refresh with friends. Us moms needed this quick getaway. The cottage was cozy and well kept, had everything we needed from extra toiletries, to seasonings and extra towels and blankets. Overall clean, there are 2 trash bin in the kitchen one was half full of empty beer bottles no big deal. There was also a fairly large amount of hair in the shower drain cover. We didnt arrive until evening but the hosts instructions were easy to follow....

"Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Pine & Paper. The location, quiet neighborhood, and amazing house made our vacation a fun and relaxing one with two young children and our dogs. Mornings were amazing as elk come right up to the house!! The kids also loved the treasure hunt that was set up at our arrival. We can’t wait to stay again. One of our best stays ever!"

"While the place is nice, for what comes out to be $400/night after all fees and taxes, the amenities and upkeep fell below par. There were no oven mitts which made for a challenge after placing in food to bake. Both living room fans are controlled by remotes which were both dead - it was fun moving two AAs from the bedroom remote to both of these every time we wanted to adjust the fan or fan light. Neither bathroom offered body soap, just shampoo, conditioner and a generic bar for hands. The...

"Great location, had fun playing in water and exploring with the kids. Ran crawfish traps and made a delicious Alfredo. Huge perk was the playground/small park directly adjacent to rental. The kitchen was minimally stocked so if you plan to cook be sure to bring you own seasonings, critical utensils, etc."
