"This lodge pleasantly surprised us with how up-to-date it was and all the amenities it provided for being outside of the city! The cabins were freaking adorable and the lodge provided so many things that I did not have to worry about forgetting something. Extra blankets in the room, the lineup of soaps in the bathroom, kitchen amenities, and the blackout curtains made the stay perfect as not a lot of hotels would think to provide them in such precision. We also loved the restaurant. Super kid-friendly, delicious food, and were very accommodating. The kids loved the creek and play areas too! The only improvements I would suggest are 1) provide a sheet listing the fun things families could do together as we did not realize what was at the lodge until we walked around, 2) Add a few staircases from the cabins to the creek. We had to walk down the rock wall which is dangerous for little kids. The slopes were far from where we were staying, so adding some staircases would add safety. Overall, loved it and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and relax! "
