The hosts put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome, providing everything from comfortable bedding to a fully equipped kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, where I could relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful setting. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and provided excellent recommendations. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a place to enjoy Yosemite, this spot has it all. I can't recommend it enough, and I will be coming back"

"The views were nice and the house is big and beautiful, but the furniture was very uncomfortable and the beds even more so. We left with very bad back pains from the mattresses. We stayed for a week and it felt as though this house was staged to look at but not live in.. after the first night we were regretting our choice and still had six nights left.Some of the cleaning could have been more thorough. While it looked great at first glance, some areas could have used more attention.. carpets and laundry. Dishes were very minimal as well we bought paper plates and plasticware to use. I was excited to see a vacuum but sadly it didn’t work so hopefully they fix that..Next door had a floodlight pointed directly into one of the bedrooms upstairs, made it impossible to sleep in there.Very nice views, nice light, but could use some creature comforts and coziness."

"This house is even larger than what the picture show. It was perfect for our two families to share…two master bedrooms plus 2 bedrooms with multiple beds. A huge living space plus loft with foosball and air hockey. The kitchen was expansive and fully stocked. It was a great location to visit Yosemite and the goldcountry. "

"This property was ideal for a family with 4 generations. The downstairs level offered young parents and small children enough space, beds and bathrooms to accommodate their needs. The main level offered our oldest family member a room and bathroom that meant they didn't need to climb stairs. The 3 rooms on the upper level were spacious and comfortably accommodated 4 adults. The space was dog-friendly with a convenient outdoor space on the deck where the animals could relieve themselves. There were many amusements including table tennis and billiards, as well as a spacious wet bar with 3 separate refrigerators to keep beverages cool. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items. The overall location was scenic, and our family made use of the lake, community pool and pickle ball courts. Communications with the property owner and manager were extremely quick. They were both very responsive when we had questions and needed guidance. Indeed, their replies were the fastest I have experienced with a property. When a concern arose, the property owner worked quickly to address it. My family all remarked on how fair-minded and understanding the owner was throughout our stay and leading up to it. My family discussed returning and look forward to more stays at this property near Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, and more locations that we treasure."

"This home is gorgeous and perfect for a large group. There is plenty of space. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. Rooms are large and there are plenty of beds. Short drive to the lake, store and downtown Groveland. We would definitely return. Thank you!"

"Stayed here with my son. We loved this small town and this property. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. In a gated community, so we felt safe. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and has a nice view of the golf course. Warning: the grounds crew starts at 6:00am, so be ready! 😄"
