"Me and my whole family LOVED our stay at this special property. Paula, the host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Paula was flexible and made sure that we had everything we needed for a safe, comfortable, and easy stay! The views of this cabin are absolutely magical and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. Paula had placed two Carbon monoxide monitors in the cabin, so we felt so safe and at ease. The cabin was well stocked with cooking gear, tons of plates, cups, silverware, and other amenities. The heating kept us very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. So happy we chose this wonderful cabin over the holidays. Definitely would recommend. "

"Our experience with this property was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the listing was completely misleading. I tried contacting Kristie via text and call upon arrival but received no response.The cleanliness was unacceptable. The stairs’ carpet was ripped, posing a serious safety hazard, especially for kids. The toilet was unclean, and trash had been left behind. Some bathrooms had no soap, there was no dishwasher detergent, and parts of the sofa were torn. Light switches were broken, and most power outlets were non-functional. The balcony was not as described in the listing—it was messy, lacked the tent shown in the photos, and was nothing like the pictures advertised.The garage, which was supposed to fit two cars, had a massive, heavy box blocking the space, making it impossible to park. The trash can door was broken, and only one roll of paper towels was provided for 11 people over four nights. The dryer, which was advertised as an amenity, was not functional.On top of all this, VRBO, EVOLVE, and the property owner have refused to refund even a penny, despite all these issues. I have already sent all pictures and documentation to VRBO and EVOLVE, and if anyone needs proof, I am happy to share it.I will not give up—I will start claiming a dispute through my bank to ensure we get the refund we rightfully deserve for such an awful, messy, and unsafe house.We are all deeply disappointed and will NEVER return to this property or"

"Everything was great with the cabin. We were disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t working (we specifically book cabins with fireplaces) but understand that maintenance happens. The view from the cabin was breathtaking and we loved that the neighbors were not super close. I have terminal cancer and the point of our trip was for a change of scenery, I absolutely loved relaxing in the recliner and staring out the windows. It was a peaceful and relaxing trip. We love Pine Mountain and would definitely stay at this cabin again. Our dog also enjoyed her first cabin getaway. "

"Not often do you rent a house that is even better than the pictures. This property had it all. A cozy foyer upon entry, a theater room with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, beautiful kitchen, awesome fireplace and three other bedrooms! All appliances and and amenities are first rate and high quality!! Heater worked great, and Kept us warm! Overall very pleased with our stay! Our family had a great Thanksgiving holiday! We would definitely stay again!"
