"We arrived on a Friday evening after 4pm (notified staff ahead of time), they were kind and stated that is fine. Late check-in is via codes provided by staff ahead of time and then the envelope tells you what room to go to. Not the most secure but luckily it works. The property is pretty tiny with only 12 units, but one side they have a non heated pool and on the other side is a heated pool and jacuzzi. "Excellent property. Probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. I took my teen daughters and their friends and they loved it. The location was close to town, it was very clean and well stocked with essentials like pool towels, kitchen appliances, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc. Check in process was easy and efficient. My girls and their friends loved it and are already planning to come back again next year."

"We had 2 adults and 2 dogs in our group. On site parking was easily available, as was street parking. We stayed in Unit F and it was a stand alone building in the back which was great! "The location was great, the unit was and the four-unit complex was very quiet, with external grounds that were well maintained. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs."

"We enjoy the spacious one bedroom unit and it was very quiet. The amenities are perfect, especially if you have children. The only complaint is that there was a tip envelope for the housekeeping staff, but we were there 3 days and all we noticed was that they emptied the wastebaskets one day. "

"We stayed three nights at the Pink Door House. The property is beautiful and is furnished with iconic decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. The outdoor area is lovely with beautiful patio furniture and a relaxing pool and spa. The Frette sheets and robes were also much appreciated. "Great hotel! It is a block away from the main avenue that has tons of shops and restaurants, yet you cannot hear the noise. Parking was easy. The rooms do need to be upgraded but per their signage, that will happen in 2025. Also, the maids screaming in the halls around 8am was not good. Great hotel and location. I’d stay here again. "

"It's definitely showing wear, but for the price... It's clean, the pools are great, the staff was very nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good and we had a great time. I was pleased that the guest parking is gated as well. My one concern was the latch was gone from our slider, but we were on the 2nd floor."

"It’s our first time in Palm Springs and never had any idea where to stay upon. Checking with Expedia in looking for options near downtown Palm Springs. This hotel is a bit far if you’re gonna walk from the hotel to downtown Palm Springs, I recommend that you rent a car at the at the airport and this is this hotel comes with free parking and parking when we were there like it’s very easy access. The only downside with our stay is the safe. The lock is not working, but they gave us another spare safe but we didn’t really use it because it’s not bolted in the cabinet. but this hotel is very clean very chic. There’s two swimming pools. There’s also like a fire pit It’s the modern type fire pit where you can chill .when we were there it’s December and it’s a bit chilly at night but that place is very cozy. The room is pretty clean. They always refilled the the coffee on the Keurig machine overall it’s a decent resort for the price. I highly recommend it."
