"Great location to walk around Old San Juan. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially John, with sightseeing and travel tips. Hotel decor is amazing. Only downsides for us were the placement of the TV toward the bed instead of the sofa and not having a window. We would definitely stay there again but look for a room plan that provides those since both are important to us."

"Excellent staff and great location! So easy to walk to pretty much everything in Viejo San Juan. The King deluxe room was incredibly charming, kind of old school colonial-style, with tile floors, wooden jalousie windows, and 20-ft ceilings (plus AC!). Frankly, my favorite part was that it didn’t feel like a standard hotel. It was practically a studio apt with a full fridge and stove in what was a real kitchen (bigger than in some NYC apts!). I got to stock my favorite basics and didn’t feel like a tourist - like I was part of the neighborhood. "
