"Lovely hotel, wonderful location Lots of plusses. Some minusses: can’t stand waterproof under sheets so took them off. Also, no bedside lights for reading, so main overhead light, or nothing - not so good if your spouse wants to read, but you don’t, or vice-versa."

"Stunning rural finca. Quiet location but near a small town with plenty of amenities. Very friendly and welcoming but communication wasn’t the easiest. Would definitely recommend. "

"Our third stay at Puig de Ros Alt, always in January - the best time to visit Mallorca in our opinion. Fabulous place deep in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus orchards and a vineyard just up the road. Breakfast is cooked to order, alongside good choice of continental options. Dinner available but (slightly constraining) must be ordered at breakfast time, which means not changing plans during the day. "

"We felt very much at home here. The service was lovely and the accommodations were cozy and comfy. It was tough leaving because we felt right at home. Love this place and recommend to anyone!! "The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived late and had not eaten a thing, Joanna (I think that was her name) was kind enough to make us a plate of meats and cheese. Aside from that we wanted to stay in a quiet area away from the city and town crowds. This was an amazing choice. We got a rental car and explored many little towns and even explored Palma de Mallorca. Definitely would come back. "

"Well we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the excellent breakfasts. The staff were lovely. The whole place did feel a bit tired and the grounds were scruffy. The roads to the finca were very twisty and narrow...almost impossible for two cars to pass. The pool,is small,but never busy. We were in one of the cottages not in the main building. Good shower, and toilet. Not a very spacious bedroom. Door at back opened on to small terrace which again was a bit scruffy..brambles growing out of...

"Lovely modern hotel with friendly helpful staff and rooms clean and spotless. Good food and varied selection of dishes for all tastes. Bar prices were reasonable too. Entertainment was also good. We had a lovely time. And would go back again."

"Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!"

"It was amazing!!! Welcome-Team was great, room was great, everything was great. In January / February, it us also very affordable - Whenever I will go back to Mallorca in January (third time meanwhile), I will only chose Iberostar!! "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
