"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"Beautiful, clean, family home. Everything you could need. Short walk to supermarket, beaches and restaurants though hilly so not for people with walking difficulties. However taxi services were fast and reliable. Highly recommend."

"I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. We had it set up so each room had single beds as we are 4 friends and it could equally work as a set up for couples. Roomy and spacious for 4 people. "Hotel is in a good location and is a few minutes walk to the #4 bus into town. We didn't use the pool as it was cold, the hot tub was just what you needed after walking round. The breakfast had a good selection and the omelette was made to order. The staff were very welcoming and there to help if needed. Our room was on the 8th floor,quite big but not much room to get around the beds and wasted space near the bathroom, which was good size. The prom is not finished so sitting on the sun terrace...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"
