"Fantastic weekend stay at the Clifton Hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in room 50 and it was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in. Very convenient for exploring Clifton and the surrounding areas. "

"I travel to Bristol for work at the uni quite often, and so I’ve tried a few different hotels around Clifton. The Washington is my favourite to stay in — always low noise, always friendly staff, always comfy and clean beds. The building is a little worn down, inside and out, but if you’re looking for a consistently good, lower cost hotel to stay for a few days, this is the place."
