"The water was brown and there was no hot water. The key and code to the first room they gave us didn’t work and we had to go down twice to explain that. The a/c also didn’t work well. "

"This is a great place to stay near the EZE airport, with free airport shuttle. The staff are so kind and helpful. There are dining options in hotel and very close by (walkable). The staff helped me with getting rides to center city each day. The hotel is like a little retreat--lots of palm trees, nature, and very quiet and peaceful. Complimentary full breakfast is made-to-order and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel."
