"Immediately before staying for 3 nights at La Loma, I had stayed at Monte Sagrado, and the price/quality ratio was vastly superior at La Loma. Aside from all the personal touches (including, for example, a personally tailored breakfast menu every morning), the inn had many surprises of charm that one rarely sees anymore, anywhere. One of our door codes did not work; we texted the property, and they did not respond. We also texted the property two other messages with questions, and they did not respond.
