"Management (Mario) was superb in a personal crisis, customer service from restaurant staff and room staff was wonderful. The pool was amazing, as was the WiFi. "Getting to the hotel by airport taxi was fairly easy. The room was cleaned every day, I enjoyed my aromatherapy back massage at the hotel spa. Most of my breakfast was at the restaurant on the English harbor and enjoyed that too. I had a lovely balcony room overlooking the harbor so that was nice! I would definitely visit again sometime in the future!"
