"This property is beautiful inside and out. If I remember correctly, there’s 20-25 people currently living in Barbischio. It’s peaceful with fantastic views to the west over Gaiole. Gailoe is less than 10 minutes away with access to grocery, meat market, several restaurants and gelato! The location is perfect with access to the train in Montivarchi in 25-30 minutes. Radda, Volpaia, Greve,,Siena, San Gimignano…all close. We will stay here again. "

"The villa was truly magical. It was everything we wanted and more. There was plenty of space for my family of six adults and four children. The location was excellent! We were able to visit the nearby towns of Cortona, Lucignano, Sinalunga and Montepulciano. We also drove to Florence which is about an hour away. Paolo was extremely helpful from reservations through check out. He also arranged to get us an amazing chef for one of our dinners. It was a vacation we will be talking about for years...

The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. "Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "
