"This was one of our favourite stays on our 3-week European trip. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Even the main floor stayed relatively cool with the blinds closed (even in a heat wave). The property and view were stunning, the grounds and pool were well-maintained."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. He opened up the bedroom door and completely violated our privacy. He...

"Property was great! Old world charm with modern amenities. A bit off the beaten path but with an incredible Tuscan view! Host had great communication and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend!"

"Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, alles verlief problemlos und unbürokratisch. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend. Wir (2 52jährige und 11 erlebnishungrige 20-25jährige) haben eine wunderbare Woche inmitten von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen verbracht. es gab einen riesigen Pool, viel Platz zum Volleyball und Spielen! Was nicht funktionierte, was das Internet!. Von daher sollte man vorher gut recherchieren, was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt! Herzlichen Dank! "

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. "One of the best travel experiences we have shared with our daughters (6 and 8)! The place is truly magical. Our daughters loved the property and the garden. It was absolutely beautiful. They felt like they were in an adventure. We stayed in an apartment that was 2 floors. It had 2 adjoining rooms on the second floor and one right outside the 2 main rooms. The bathroom was on the first floor. It had a kitchen and a family room.***The place was a little rugged.*** I emphasize this for American travelers who prefer 3/4/5 star hotels. There was only one bathroom. We lost electricity one night. The staff accommodated us to another room for the night with electricity. However, that room did not have a heater. It was so cold! The staff overall was friendly and attentive. However, we chose not to have our room cleaned during our stay and as a result, it was very hard to get toilet paper. Every time we would go to the main desk to get toilet paper, the staff would ask us questions. I would have to remind them that we opted not to have our room clean. The breakfast was amazing! They had honey and olive oil from La Certosa. It was so delicious. Pilar was incredible! The is very friendly and kind. La Certosa makes it own wine as well. I highly recommend. We attended the optional Christmas 7 course lunch. It was phenomenal. They accommodated my food allergies. We have dined at fine restaurants and this lunch was the best! Overall, we would stay here again. We absolutely loved it!"

"Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay! "
