"Every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful! Although we had a hard time finding the hotel in the dark, once we had directions from the staff we made it to this incredible hotel built into the cliff. They also arranged a ride for us from Ragusa to Pozzallo where we were departing Sicily by boat to Malta. In addition to the amazing staff, the breakfast was superb and the fifth floor exit to explore the city centre made for a delightful trip! "

"This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. It was a calm relaxing area. We didn't use the pool being so late in but had a fabulous meal in the hotel with great service and good quality. The breakfast was as good. This hotel deserves to continue doing well as the staff are the best resource. Grazie per tutti x"

"Modern and wonderful villa in the hill. A bit of a walk to the old city (easy taxi ride, too), but a very restorative and peaceful location in a modernized villa with great breakfast and lovely garden oasis. "

"A beautiful property in a stunning picturesque setting. Full of character & charm, great breakfast & dinner available. Bathroom could do with updating and rooms feel very dark. Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen. Needless to say it was very disturbing and loud and the hotel were not able to help or move us, which was a real shame and put a downer on our stay. "
