"A bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace. It's not much, but what it is is all excellent. The hosts really know what they are doing. We stayed here only one night in November 2024 to catch a train the next morning. The facility was clean, airy, and very well equipped. The terrace offered a table and two chairs overlooking the park in front of the train station. The bed was comfortable. The location was just a short walk to the centro historico, and we took the opportunity to wander around there....

"To start off the host Donatello was amazing, he is very attentive and very helpful. He went above and beyond during my whole stay. The room is spacious and very clean. Donatello even helped set up transportation to and from the airport. His breakfast options had everything i needed to start my day. "Very central and convenient to visit on foot the old city as well as the more recent parts of town, including the central station. The flip side is that the area is busy and noisy, but safe. The property is very clean, in a well maintained building, the host is responsive and courteous, the breakfast provided in a pleasant nearby cafe. Guests in other rooms were noisy at times, but this is out of the control of the host. Overall, I was pleased with my 1 night stay."
