"I've made an booking with this place and contacted the owner in the morning at the day of the arrival with our estimated time of arrival and there was no response from him at all. Upon arriving at the place there was nobody to accommodate us and the owner just text me that the check in window closes strictly at 2PM and a minute later the check in is not possible but full charges applies.
