"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Bellafiora Bed & Breakfast couldn't have been better. The house overlooks a quintessential italian countryside with the town of Osimo perched on top of the hill just past the B&B's olive grove.
