"We stayed in a deluxe double, with a beautiful round bath and it was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable bed. Sadly no smart TV, which I think should be a must nowadays. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also very good. Close to the beach and well-connected by public transport. Members of staff very kind and helpful."

"This is a great place to stop if driving to Venice from Southern Italy. The staff was very friendly. It’s an olive oil farm and they wanted to show us the working mill but it was Sunday and closed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had to book a room at Pineta as we came late into Italy and our rental car office had closed. Came past midnight and left right after breakfast; hard to give a thorough rating, however, all staff was great and the breakfast really nice."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving distance. Simon has been very responsive throughout and a few minor issues have been resolved in a very timely manner. Overall highly recommended!"

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs. It's a small thing though and overall we did have a wonderful time 😊"

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"This is an interesting hotel 2 minutes walk from Senigallia Railway Station. (100 meters). Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out. Check in was very effecient and fast.(2 minutes) The Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast buffet was neat and the food was good. The barista was perfect. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend and I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The area around the property is not fancy.. Typical italian bus / railway station combination. It is a bit outdated and might use some renovation but nothing critical... I would come again. Check out took like 15 seconds."
