"This place is easy and convent in walking distance between all restaurants and the train station. We stayed here to be close to Monterosso and it’s a close train ride. This is great stay, great bathroom and a/c and communication was great! The only thing that is a little annoyed when staying was the water you would hear throughout your shower for the drain the whole time and the bathroom including others when they used in the facility. "Levanto is a perfect location for anyone interested of exploring Cinque Terre and frankly Levanto itself is an outstanding beautiful beach resort on the Italian Riviera. Loved the location. I accidentally locked my key in the room at midnight. The property is not a hotel but a managed rental. Fortunately I was able to get a hold of the manager who came and let me in at midnight. She was so gracious. My advice is to ask for two keys and make sure to be mindful of your keys. Enjoyed our stay. "

Shutter from train to center of town. The staff was so friendly & accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Shower is on the small side. Probably 60-70 steep steps from center of tiny town. ****** If mobility is an issue this is not the place for you "

"I like that there was a balcony to give an option for an outdoor space. Gianluca was an excellent communicator. He responded quickly to questions. He suggested ways to receive discounts. He alerted us of bad weather and went out of his way to make a survival kit and delivered it personally to each guest. I would happily recommend his rooms to others."
