" Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful Villa. We enjoyed a great week in this historical house. Built over 100 years ago it felt like a very authentic Italian experience. The house was recently fully renovated and decorated with top standard modern appliances and beautiful antique furniture and decorations. The clean and cosy rooms are very spacious, especially the living room is a good meeting place for taking things easy. Lovely fireplace which we used several times. The kitchen is well...

"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

"The building is lovely with a fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The location is perfect. Very easy access from the train station a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the clothes washing machine was filthy and the tea pot was unusable. "

"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. " Eautiful view from 2 bedroom apartment on a hill. Some steps to get in, but worth it for the lovely view of the seaport, especially at night with the lights. Host was so helpful to dirrect us to locations to visit, restaurants and answer all our questions. "

"Our group vacation was to reconnect five lifelong girlfriends. We brought our friends and families together too and the trip was magical. The villa is even more gorgeous in person. The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. The road in was not as precarious as others had mentioned and once at the home it’s fantastic. The views are wonderful and all the conveniences one would expect are at your fingertips.
