"Perfect hotel and lovely people running it."

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"When we arrived there was no staff to greet us but there were instructions for easy check in. We just made a day stop on our way to another location but for the price the hotel delivered on expectation. I would definitely stay again."
