"Property is in a great location in Milan. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a modern vibe. Close to the Milan Central station. The area has shopping and easy access to all forms of public transportation. At night the area seems dark once some of the area store close, however it is still seems safe. Easy access from hotel to all main attractions with the subway and tram lines nearby. All in all great stay."

"Beautiful old traditional Italian hotel with excellent service. Really good breakfast a nice comfortable rooms. In good position in Milan would definitely stay there again. Only downside was the drilling which took place which was noisy when we were trying to have a rest in the afternoon. We’re definitely stay here again."

The spa area was much better than expected and the breakfast was plentiful. It is literally a 20/25 minute walk down a straight road to the duomo area and 10 minutes to the central station."

There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants.
