"The ideal location in the heart of Hanoi my wife and we really enjoyed our stay here and we give this hotel five stars we had a balcony deluxe suite which was absolutely perfect, plenty of room for three large suitcases in a special area of the suitea huge balcony and an amenities filled bathroom all the staff were wonderfully attentive and informative always with a smile We shared cocktails at happy hour on the rooftop bar on the 13th floor giving us a wonderful view of the city We highly recommend this Hotel"
