"We get to the property at 12:30 AM after over 20 hours of travel. The person we were supposed to meet to give us the key fob sent us a message at 12:15 AM saying there was a problem with our unit and that we had to go to a different apartment complex 2 streets away. We found out that someone else was put into the apartment we had paid for.
