The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents. On the website said breakfast included but when asked they tried to avoid it and said the restaurant was closed and brought up some bánh mi and coffee when we insisted. We sure won't...

"Communication was very difficult. I was told I would be picked up at the airport. No one came. I arrived at scenic valley, there was no clear reception. I was not given instructions about how to check in. After not being picked up I was expected to pay an early check in fee which was calculated incorrectly twice. Very very dissapointing communication "
