"Budget friendly with friendly owner Yu, who was a spring of information on travelling around Bangkok and other places in Thailand. It was like living in a hospitable local's house. Appreciated the rooftop with free coffee and tea. The hostel is within walking distance to the Grand Palace, and then from there it's an easy walk to Wat Po, then a river crossing to Wat Arun. Close to the Phra Arthit ferry station so the farther destinations are accessible by express boat on the Chao Phraya...
